Zimmer Biomet Launches New Office and Introduces APAC Global Business Services Centre in Greater Kuala Lumpur

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 June 2023 ― A global leader in medical technology, Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. celebrated the official launch of its new office and APAC Global Services Centre (GBS) in Greater Kuala Lumpur (Greater KL). The momentous event was officiated by Datuk Muhammad Azmi Zulkifli, Chief Executive Officer of InvestKL and Bryan Hanson, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Zimmer Biomet.

Hanson in his speech said, “Zimmer Biomet has more than 90 years of trusted leadership and proven expertise in the musculoskeletal healthcare and medical technology industry, as well as a sales presence in more than 100 countries worldwide. The new office marks a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge healthcare solutions and services to the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, Zimmer Biomet boasts a workforce of 100 employees in Greater KL. With the establishment of the new office, the company will continue to expand and create high-skilled job opportunities for Malaysians.
